Field Notes from Grace: My First Week of Door Knocking

Throughout this week, I went door knocking around the Bradford-Fairlee area with Monique. We went on many back roads, including South Road, around Wrights Mountain, and many other places. 

Many of the people we met had concerns about things including water quality in lakes and schools, Monique’s principle points, and other things of that subject. Some people also talked about the primary election, and many confirmed their vote. 

On the first day especially, we left a lot of door tags, and only some people answered the door. We saw lots of dogs, and many of them were very sweet and excited to see us! We had to go up long bumpy hills, and many had lots of beautiful flowers and trees. Many people we met were super nice, and I’m glad to get to do this with Monique!
